Victor Harrington is the heart behind Uncle Cousin Brother BBQ, a name inspired by the roles he proudly carries in his own family. An uncle, a cousin, and a brother, Victor built this brand on the belief that great food brings people together and that family is everything. He is also a devoted husband to his wife, Becca, and a proud father to their two boys and daughter.

With over 20 years in the food industry and five years dedicated to mastering the craft of smoked meats, Victor has spent decades sharpening his skills and developing the bold, comforting flavors that define Uncle Cousin Brother BBQ. Opening a catering business and launching a food truck has been a lifelong dream, and he is proud to see it come to life.

As a native of the Quad Cities, Victor is especially excited to serve the community he calls home, bringing authentic barbecue, warm hospitality, and a family-first spirit to every event and neighborhood he visits.
